Refund Policy

Peryton offers a (2) day refund policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (2) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, dismantled, used, or damaged, no return options will be offered. A refund excluding a 2% restocking fee, payment gateway charges (if there are any), and shipping charges will be provided once Peryton confirms the returned equipment.

Returned products should have the original packaging and accessories. Peryton reserves the right to refuse a return if any accessories are missing in the box.

Peryton offers replacement or return of any product if it is:

  • Defective or dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Faulty or broken upon receiving
  • A different product than what was ordered

Peryton will return/replace products only if you inform them about the issue over mail or telephone within (48) hours after the product’s arrival. Anything beyond (48) hours will not be eligible for return/replacement if the product is found to be in any of the above conditions.

While every attempt is made to have accurate information on our website and we strive to deliver quality products, sometimes mistakes can happen from our part. If there is any missing products, kindly take a picture before opening the seal of the ZIP Lock cover or the sealed Package to ensure your claim. We will not consider any missing claims if the seal is broken. If we have accepted any missing products due to our mistake in packaging or handling the order, we will either resend the product, if it is in stock or provide a refund for the missing product.

Note:

  1. Shipping charges for returns would be bare by the customer and is non-refundable. 
  2. For the defective or faulty product above conditions are applicable only if manufacturer approved.

Returns

Return Process

  1. Request a Return/Exchange online or over the phone with a Peryton representative.
  2. Once accepted, we will send you a return label if the returned product is defective. If the product is new and unwanted, you will need to arrange for return shipping to us. Tracking is mandatory for returns.
  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
  4. An exchange or credit will be issued to the customer once approved by a Peryton representative.

All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Peryton.

We take pride in offering our customers the option to pay Cash-on-Delivery (COD). However, due to a significant number of customers abusing this service by denying packages upon delivery, we incur losses in shipping and revenue. Therefore, we are compelled to flag and cancel any COD order that appears suspicious or if the customer has a history of rejecting packages. In such cases, please contact our customer care to confirm your order, and we will try to assist you.

Warranty/Liability

Peryton provides no warranty of any kind for any of the equipment it sells or otherwise distributes. You assume all risks for any products purchased or received from Peryton. Peryton and its employees are not liable for any instance of injury to you or others, or damage or destruction of property. Additionally, Peryton is not liable for any damages, consequential or inconsequential, resulting from the use or application of any Peryton-provided products. We sell our equipment expressly without warranty or performance for any use or situation. It is up to the user to ensure that the products safely meet the user’s intended purpose.
