Shipping Rules

Commercial Carriers

You accept Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, Speedpost, and all other commercial carriers Peryton offers or selects to fulfill your order (“Mail Carrier(s)”) as reliable mail carriers and Peryton’s carriers of choice.

Shipping Address

A complete and valid street address is required to ship your products. Orders cannot be shipped to the following:

• Hotel and Convention Center Addresses: Due to issues with packages getting lost at hotels and convention centers, a permanent, verified, residential, or established business address is required.
• PO Boxes, including APO addresses: Shipments to PO Boxes and APO addresses are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined. To avoid your order being held for review, use your regular residential or business address.

Tracking and Lost Shipments

If you select “Free Shipping,” Peryton will send your packages with Delhivery (mostly surface). Depending on the type of Delhivery service chosen by Peryton, the package may show receipt by Delhivery but may not show any tracking information after it was received. Even if Peryton ships the items promptly to the Delhivery pick-up center, it might not be updated in the tracking immediately and will not be considered a liability of our same-day shipping policy. Peryton has no control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system and cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier.

If a package has been shipped under the free shipping offer and is lost in transit, Peryton’s liability will be limited to Rs. 5,000/-.

Shipping Insurance

When Peryton sends your order with any Mail Carrier, the delivery is not insured. Optional shipping insurance may be offered for an additional charge at Peryton’s sole discretion.

Signature Requirements

Most mail services offered by Peryton require a signature upon delivery. Only in certain cases and at Peryton’s sole discretion will a signature not be required.

Backordered Items

If your order contains items that are back-ordered, your entire order will be held until the back-ordered item(s) are back in stock. All orders ship complete. Partial shipments are only available under certain conditions and at Peryton’s sole discretion. Items in your order that are not back-ordered will be held in reserve for you so that no previously purchased item runs out of stock while waiting for the back-ordered item(s).

Canceled Order Refunds

Orders declined by us due to a) violation of any of our shipping rules or b) suspected fraud, are automatically voided and canceled with your method of payment. In most cases, you will be notified of any order cancellations.

Shipment Times and Delays

Orders with all items in stock and placed before 3 PM IST Monday-Saturday typically ship the next day. Exceptions may occur due to holidays, payment review delays, or other unforeseen issues. Orders placed after 3 PM IST will typically not be processed until the next business day. Transit times for “Next-Day” and other expedited shipping options are calculated from the time the Mail Carrier picks up an order from our warehouse after processing. Sometimes there is a delay in pickup (2-3 days). In rare cases and depending on your ship-to address, it can take longer than indicated for a package to reach you. This delay is independent of the mail service you chose during checkout. The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. Peryton is not responsible if a Mail Carrier delays the arrival of your package due to circumstances beyond our control. Peryton does not provide refunds if your package is delayed.

Free Shipping

Peryton offers Free Shipping on a majority of orders. Qualifying orders over Rs. 10,000 will be eligible for free Delhivery Surface shipping except when the weight (volumetric or gross) exceeds 2KG.

Some exceptions apply, such as specialty items noted on individual product pages. Batteries can only be shipped via the surface shipping method. While free shipping is still available for orders containing batteries, 2-3 day shipping cannot be guaranteed due to the required ground shipping method.

Specific items within the store are excluded from free shipping due to their large size and/or weight. Items that are excluded from free shipping are clearly marked at the bottom of each product page description. If an order contains one of these items, the entire order will not be eligible for free shipping.

Limits Of Responsibility 

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
